Friendly 4 star Bed and Breakfast in the Pennant Valley

The Old School House is situated in the scenic area of the Pennant valley. Pennant is close to the Southern edge of Snowdonia National Park making this an ideal location for walking, cycling or just sightseeing.

Our accommodation is graded as 4 stars by Visit Wales Tourism. The accommodation consists of two comfortable bedrooms, one double with a king-size bed and one twin room with two single beds. Both rooms have Freeview television, tea and coffee making facilities, and free Wi-Fi. Whichever room you choose you have sole use of a family sized bathroom.

Karen's Welsh cooked breakfast is locally sourced and Karen also makes homemade jam & marmalade, to accompany it. There is also a choice of continental style breakfast for those who do not wish for a full Welsh and like a lighter breakfast. As well as breakfast Karen offers a packed lunch if required and also an evening meal on request only, preferably the day before. There is an additional fee for these extras.

Local activities include cycling, walking, fishing and much more. Whether it is the breakfast, the coast or the countryside, the area has so much to offer that you will find it hard to leave but easy to return, whatever the season.
